Return & Refund Policy

We allow you to return or request a refund within 30 days in a convenient manner. If you are not happy with our product, please let us know.

Within 30 days from the date of receiving your order, we are ready to refund your payment or send you a new order if any of the following issues occur:

  • The artwork you approved and artwork on items do not match.
  • If there are any manufacturing defects on your items, no matter how small.
  • Wrong size, wrong color compared to the product you approved.

The product must be unused and unwashed. We refuse to accept products that have been used, washed, or are no longer intact.

Please note that: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident - Improper care
  • Normal wear and tear - Breakdown of colors and materials due to sun exposure or washing procedure

1. Not Happy With Our Product

To initiate a refund, kindly reach out to our customer service team through Livechat. They will assess your request and furnish you with additional guidance to ensure an optimal experience with your orders.

Note:

  • Custom-printed or personalized products are not eligible for returns.
  • All sale items are non-refundable 

2. Damaged or Low-Quality Items

All custom-printed products are made using Gildan brand blank apparel. This indicates that both you and us understand that any lack of quality in the product refers to the printing quality of the artwork.

If there are any damages from the manufacturer, we will approve your refund or return request, no matter how small.

3. Did not receive your product

If you do not receive your package, please contact the nearest postal service to check. Please reach out to our customer care team for the earliest assistance.

For orders that are delayed beyond the expected timeframe or lost, you may request a refund or request a reshipment.

4. Refund time

Depending on the payment method, we will issue refunds to you at specific intervals. The refund processing time starts from the approval of the refund request
 
Credit card: Up to 10 business days
Paypal: 3 to 7 business days
